The Adelaide Airport is situated 7kms [approx 20 mins] from the central business district and major hotels. An Airport City minibus runs between the airport and major hotels every half hour from 0700 – 2200 (hourly on weekends) at a cost of approximately $10.00. Taxis cost approximately $17.00.
There are three public car parks near the Hilton Adelaide.

All people who register within the ‘earlybird’ conference registration period will be entered into a draw for a library of books with a children of parents with a mental illness theme. This will comprise 10 titles including acclaimed novels such as Saving Francesca by Melina Marchetta (conference speaker), Helicopter Man by Elizabeth Fensham and Lockie Leonard Legend by Tim Winton. The books You’re Not Alone and Joe’s Diary, published by SANE Australia, are also included in the collection.
To be eligible for the draw, conference registration must be made prior to 1 September 2009.
The draw will be made during one of the conference plenary sessions.

We strongly advise delegates have travel insurance to cover nonattendance due to illness.
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, Conference Organisers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
Delegates should be aware that smoking is banned in public buildings and many hotels and restaurants throughout Australia, including the conference venue.
