All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.

Wednesday Post Conference Workshops

As well as the core program there will be Post Conference Workshops. These are not included in the cost of registration.

Please note: Morning and/or afternoon tea will be provided for all Post Conference Workshops. Lunch will not be provided on Wednesday.

Payment

The Conference Secretariat can accept the following methods of payment: Australian Cheque/Australian Money Order/Bank Draft in Australian Dollars

Please make payable to SAPMEA.

Overseas delegates: Personal cheques will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Credit Card

All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Diners, MasterCard and Visa. Credit Card payments will appear as SAPMEA on your credit card statement.

Registration Acknowledgement

Your registration will be acknowledged via email, facsimile or by post within 10 working days of receipt of the registration form.

Registration fees are based on date of receipts of payment (not based on date of receipt of registration forms).

A Tax Invoice will be provided, if requested for GST purposes.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received on or before Friday 25 September 2009 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD100.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person. Cancelled Social Program tickets are refundable prior to Friday 25 September 2009.

On-site Registration

The Registration Desk will be open from 8.00am Monday 26th October. On-site registrants are not guaranteed a Conference satchel.
