To secure your booking you are required to provide; full prepayment or credit card details to guarantee the booking, which will be forwarded to the hotel of your choice. Cancellations and Amendments
Bookings cancelled on or before Friday 24th September 2010 will be fully refundable. Bookings cancelled or nights reduced after this date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100%. To amend your booking please contact SAPMEA Meetings Management.
