Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.

**Consumer Registration Eligibility
Consumer Registration Places Are Limited. Registrations are available to carers, full time students, the unwaged and bone fide representatives of associations who wish to be part of this audience. A photocopy of documentation (eg student card, enrolment advice, health care card) must accompany this completed Registration Form.
Full Registration Entitlements
- Entry to all sessions including workshops
- Lunch daily
- Morning and afternoon tea daily
- Attendance at the Welcome Reception
- Conference satchel
- Copy of final program and abstract book
- Entry to the trade exhibition

Method of Payment
Payment of fees (in full) must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following 3 methods:
- EFT
By electronic funds transfer to sapmea’s nominated account. Details will be provided on the tax invoice upon registration. - Credit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners. Please note credit card payments will be listed as a transaction with sapmea on your credit card statement. - Personal or Company cheque
Australian delegates only. Cheques should be made payable to sapmea.
Confirmation & Receipt
Once your registration has been processed you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Please bring this letter with you to the on-site registration desk.
Cancellation
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Secretariat, and fees will be refunded as follows:
On or before 12 September 2010 Full payment less administration fee of $110. After 12 September 2010 No refund.
Registrations are transferable to a colleague at anytime prior to the conference provided the conference secretariat is notified in writing of the transfer.
Registration Acknowledgement
Your registration will be acknowledged via email within 10 working days of receipt of the registration form. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not based on date of receipt of registration forms). A Tax invoice will be provided for GST purposes upon request.
On-site registration
The registration desk will be open from Sunday 24th October 2010. On-site registrations are not guaranteed a Conference satchel.
