Reservations have been made at properties within walking distance of the Conference venue. Accommodation bookings for the following rates can only be booked through SAPMEA Meetings Management. To secure your booking you are required to provide full pre-payment which will be given to the hotel of your choice. Availability of accommodation cannot be guaranteed after Friday 16th October 2009.

Rates quoted are per room per night for up to 2 people using existing bedding. They include GST and do not include Breakfast unless otherwise indicated.

Early and Late Arrival

Check in is from 1400 hrs. Whilst the hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate access to you room, you will need to pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before. Please indicate if you will be arriving at your hotel after 6:00pm. Failure to do so might mean your room could be released.

Change of booking

Any change in booking must be made in writing to SAPMEA and NOT directly to the hotel.

Applications and Deposits

Please note your arrival and departure dates and choice of hotel on the registration form. Full pre-payment must be included with your registration fee to confirm your reservation. Please notify SAPMEA of any changes to your booking or cancellation fees will apply.

Sharing

You must make your own arrangements to share accommodation. Only one booking and deposit is required per room.
