No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to sapmea (emails accepted). Fees paid will be refunded as follows:

Cancellation on or before 14 days prior to event
— full payment refunded 

Cancellation after 14 days prior to event
— no refund

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event, provided sapmea is advised in writing.
