Aims of this session: Understanding how vaccines prevent diseases at individual and population level. Role of vaccines in controlling disease outbreaks and disease e-emergence. Knowledge of key achievements in vaccinology.
7.30-8.30pm Workshop: Delivery of multiple injections in a single visit.

Aims of this workshop: Understanding of provider and parent attitudes and practices with regards to the administration of multiple injections; Practical knowledge of appropriate injection techniques including identifying the recommended injection sites and performing safe administration of vaccines; Building acceptability and confidence regarding delivery of multiple injections in a single visit.
