This session is tailored to GPs and Nurses, however all health professionals who deliver, or have an interest in travel medicine and the Zostavax program are welcome to attend.
The session will cover:
- An overview of travel medicine and vaccine recommendations.Travel vaccination recommendations are dependent on many factors and may be complex. Travelers may need travel medicine expert advice when planning their itinerary.
- An overview of the Zostavax program which commenced on 1st November 2016. How has the program evolved over the past 11 to 12 months? Recalls, AIR data and medical software.
