• Recognise common vulval skin conditions such as dermatitis and lichen sclerosus
• Apply current cervical screening guidelines in General Practice to ensure patient safety 
• Refer for colposcopy appropriately
• Outline the expected changes to cervical screening guidelines due to commence in May 2017
