Palliative Care ECHO Series 2
This program ran from February – April 2024, for 6 meetings.

Frailty ECHO

Emergency Medicine ECHO
This program ran from July – November 2023, for 5 meetings.

Advanced Dementia ECHO
This program ran from February – June 2023, for 7 sessions.

Chronic Pain ECHO Network
This program ran from July – November 2022, for 10 sessions.

- Explaining pain to patients – language, messaging and helping patients to reduce pain catastrophising.
- Psychological strategies and self-management approaches to pain management.
