Saturday, March 16 9:00am - 12:30pm Presented By: Dr Herman Chua, Emergency Medicine Consultant, LMHS
Please arrive at 8:30am for registration and networking. The workshop will commence promptly at 9:00am.
DiTP is designed for junior doctors, international medical graduates and trainees working in hospital and community settings.
ECG is an essential investigational and diagnostic tool in the care of the acutely ill patient. It is a skill that is often lacking in doctors. This event is designed as a workshop-style program, organised around case studies to maximise audience participation, and enhance understanding of the subject.
This workshop aims to break down the complexities of ECG interpretation primarily in ACS. It will also cover the area of arrhythmia interpretation. You will have opportunities to test your ECG interpretation skills and ask that question you have always wanted to ask but was too afraid to do so!
The facilitator: Dr Herman Chua, Emergency Medicine Consultant, LMHS
Herman is a Senior Specialist in Emergency Medicine with over 20 years of clinical experience. He has been extensively involved in the education of junior doctors and trainees, having conducted workshops at local and national conferences and holding positions such as Director of Training and Examiner for ACEM.
