Join South Australia’s leading orthopaedic specialists and sports and exercise health professionals at Calvary Adelaide Hospital for a practical day of evidence-based education designed specifically for General Practitioners.
Limbering Up 2026 brings together orthopaedic specialists and allied health professionals from Wakefield Sports + Exercise Medicine Clinic for a highly practical program focused on the musculoskeletal presentations GPs encounter in everyday practice.
Across the day, presenters will share current approaches to diagnosis, investigation, conservative management, referral and rehabilitation, helping GPs build confidence in determining the most appropriate pathway for their patients — including when specialist assessment or surgical intervention should be considered.
This is more than a day of presentations. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss clinical scenarios with specialists and allied health professionals, connect with colleagues and tour the Wakefield Orthopaedic Clinic, gaining a first-hand look at the multidisciplinary approach to musculoskeletal care.
Whether you regularly manage musculoskeletal conditions or simply want greater confidence when the next shoulder, knee, hand, foot or ankle presentation walks through your door, Limbering Up 2026 will provide practical knowledge and referral insights you can take straight back to your practice.
By the end of the day, participants will be able to:
