This clinical audit aims to improve patient care and outcomes through a systematic review of current practice and implementation of targeted strategies. It integrates reflection, self-directed learning, education and mentoring within the framework of an audit process. 

Audit timeframe

This is a 5-stage audit activity to be completed over 6 months from April 2025 to October 2025.

The majority of the audit is self-driven reflection and action. There are three mandatory group discussion/reflection meetings held in May, August and September.

Mandatory requirements

To receive 8 hours Measuring Outcomes CPD, participants must:

• Complete all 5 stages of the audit
• Complete the audit self-reflection surveys
• Attend the 3 online group meetings
