This ECHO program aims to foster a community of practice that supports shared learning and professional collaboration in palliative care. Effective management of patients with life-limiting illness, including symptom control, early identification of palliative needs, and complex communication, is fundamental to improving patient outcomes, supporting quality care, and enhancing clinician confidence.

This program is FREE and open to all primary healthcare professionals working across South Australia.
