This hybrid workshop will update GPs and allied health professionals on the assessment and management of chronic pain.

Learning Outcomes

• Effectively assess patients experiencing chronic pain and identify those at risk for delayed recovery and return to work
• Demonstrate an understanding of multi-disciplinary pain management approaches, including pharmacological & non-pharmacological methods
• Understand referral pathways available to GPs for patients with chronic pain
• Identify pain management support services and resources available to GPs and patients
