This interactive hands-on workshop aims to enhance the skills and confidence of GPs, Nurses and allied health professionals in assessing, managing, and supporting patients with shoulder and back injuries as they return to work. 

Learning Outcomes: 

• Apply a systematic approach to assess and differentiate common musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder and back.
• Develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation plans that address barriers to recovery and support a safe, sustainable return to work
• Enhance communication and collaboration in return-to-work planning, including effective use of Work Capacity Certificates and multidisciplinary teamwork
